doAfter(seconds: number, callback: () => void): HSTimer
Create and start a one-shot timer
Parameters
- seconds: number
  Number of seconds to wait before firing
- callback: () => void
  A JavaScript function to call when the timer fires
Returns HSTimer
A timer object (already started)
