pathFromBookmark(data: string): string | null
Resolve a base64-encoded bookmark back to a file path.
Parameters
- data: string
  Base64-encoded bookmark string produced by pathToBookmark.
Returns string | null
The current file path, or null if the bookmark cannot be resolved.
